Rewards for Excellence
The global financial services community has risen to the huge challenges the world – and that means their customers – have faced in the last few years. In the face of these challenges, the sector has kept a clear focus on delivering excellence. The Global Financial Services Awards are all about showcasing that excellence across a range of key business and product areas.
The nomination, shortlisting and judging process
The rigorous process of selecting the ultimate winners of these prestigious awards is a three stage process. First, International Adviser will survey its extensive readership of global financial advisers to ascertain which firms and which products have stood out for them over the last year. Second, the judging panel of sector experts and leading advisers will review the results of this survey, together with the reasons advisers give for their nominations, and produce shortlists for each category. Third, every nominated firm will be asked to submit a “Why we should win” statement supported by relevant evidence and that will be used by the judging panel to select the ultimate winners.
The judges will take into account a range of elements when judging, including growth of the business, range of products, support to target markets, level of service, technology, recent product enhancements, involvement in industry initiatives where relevant and the breadth of support from the adviser community.
